Allegan Animal Shelter Volunteer Rally

(Saugatuck, MI) The new Allegan County Animal Shelter began official operations at the first of this year. With expanded capacity, a medical exam room, separate 
quarantine and intake rooms, and visitor friendly spaces, it is a quantum leap over the old shelter used by the county since the early 70s.
However, to effectively use this new space and make a real impact on the quality of care for the animals and service to the public, the shelter needs community support and lots of volunteers.
Wishbone Pet Rescue Alliance and the Allegan County Animal Shelter are hosting a Volunteer Rally on Saturday March 13th at the Saugatuck Masonic Lodge.
Please join us for the evening and learn how a county shelter functions and why community support is so critical to it's operations.
Volunteering
Do you have an hour a month to spare ? A day ? More ? Are you home bound ? No offer is too small.
Regardless of your age, your physical abilities, or your busy schedule, there are tasks in which you can be an integral participant.
